Argentinian in origin, Chimichurri is an uncooked sauce used both in cooking and as a condiment for grilled meat. Rozie's version is made with parsley, garlic, olive oil, mild and hot Rozie's RelSas.
Ingredients:
1 bunches curly parsley
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/3 cup Rozie's Mild RelSa
1 tablespoon Rozie's Hot RelSa
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
In the bowl of a food processor combine all ingredients.
