Using Rozie's Extra Hot RelSa makes this fresh salsa more flavorful and easier, the prep is in the jar!
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 large avocado, cubed
½ large red bell pepper, diced
½ small red onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 large lime, grill and juice
¼ cup Rozie’s Extra Hot RelSa
Salt to taste
Gently combine all ingredients and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
